Significantly contributed to the establishment and expansion of multiple resort brands, such as Northstar, Vail Mountain, Aspen, Sun Valley, and several others. Through active involvement, I played a pivotal role in creating and developing these brands, enabling them to establish a robust market presence and achieve remarkable success. My contributions spanned across diverse facets of business development, including strategic planning, brand building, targeted marketing initiatives, and comprehensive brand management. Business Intelligence

Played a critical role in spearheading the development of a comprehensive data and analytics program specifically tailored for analyzing events and day-to-day resort operations. This program served as a powerful tool, enabling us to derive valuable insights and make data-driven decisions. By harnessing the potential of data and analytics, we significantly enhanced various aspects, including guest experiences, budget management, and streamlined planning processes. Resort Consulting & Marketing

Played a key leadership role in the co-management of a highly successful resort consulting business, overseeing a portfolio of more than 20 prominent ski resorts across North America. Our primary objective was to drive growth and operational excellence through a multifaceted approach. This encompassed implementing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, streamlining operations for increased efficiency, optimizing the guest experience through tailored solutions, and developing comprehensive training programs aimed at mitigating potential risks.

Furthermore, I took on the responsibility of developing training programs and conducting seminars for the National Ski Areas Association (NSAA), an industry association. These programs were designed to equip industry professionals with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles, addressing key areas of resort management and risk management. By sharing expertise and best practices, we actively contributed to the advancement of the ski resort industry as a whole.


Brand Collaborations & Product Development

Played a crucial role in the concept development, brand collaborations, and product development initiatives with renowned brands such as DC, Prinoth Snowcats, Pisten Bully Snowcats, Burton, Chevy Trucks, and GoPro. This involved leveraging my expertise to facilitate successful partnerships and create innovative products that resonated with the target audience.

Specifically, I provided invaluable assistance in the development and design of clothing, boots, and shoes in collaboration with DC. These meticulously crafted products quickly became top sellers, maintaining their popularity for over three consecutive seasons. By combining design ingenuity with market insights, we achieved exceptional sales performance and elevated the brand's presence in the industry.

Through my involvement in these brand collaborations and product development endeavors, I consistently demonstrated my ability to drive strategic innovation, foster valuable partnerships, and deliver exceptional results.

In addition to my involvement in brand collaborations and product development with renowned brands, I also spearheaded the design and development of a line of SPT (Snow Park Technology) tools. These specialized tools are specifically engineered to facilitate the maintenance of parks and lifts at resorts worldwide.

With a deep understanding of the unique requirements and challenges faced by resorts, I led the design process, ensuring that the SPT tools met the highest standards of performance and functionality. Through careful research, innovative engineering, and close collaboration with industry experts, we developed a comprehensive range of tools that address the specific needs of park and lift maintenance.
